Krispy Kreme Doughnuts and the Law Enforcement Torch Run(R) will take to the roofs of participating Krispy Kreme stores across the country this weekend (April 30-May 2). As a way to raise awareness and funds for the Special Olympics,  they will eat, sleep and play on the rooftops. So, when out and about this weekend, your eyes are not playing tricks on you. “That is a cop on the roof”.

…Customers who donate money to the cause will get a sweet treat in return, ranging from a free Krispy Kreme Original Glazed® doughnut to a complimentary Krispy Kreme doughnut party for generous corporations, organizations or individuals donating $1,000 or more.
