Greek Fast Food

“This is one that deserves a closer look!” QSRmagazine reports about Nanoosh, a Mediterranean Humus Bar and Counter located in New York City. Currently an up and coming Greek Fast Food Restaurant, further growth is anticipated. As of now, there are four locations throughout the city. Known for being affordable, healthy, and having  great ambiance, its reputation speaks for itself.

…“The concept came about just as hummus started becoming a mainstream food category in the U.S.,” he says. “It was not viewed as ethnic anymore, but there were no restaurants combining Mediterranean cuisine with healthy, organic ingredients in a cool, modern setting at an affordable price point”…

“Three of the four locations offer table service, whereas one offers counter only.” Diversity allows customers more options when dining. Perhaps they are unable to take the time to sit and dine, and need to get in and out quickly? “Who doesn’t love options?” With expansion outside New York City in the near future, franchises are right around the corner.
