BurgerBusiness reports Hardee’s is introducing the Hardee Breakfast Platter next week.

…Rather than add just an item, Hardee’s put together a meal that has a scratch-made buttermilk biscuit with a bowl of sausage gravy, one scrambled or folded egg, two strips of bacon and a pile of Hash Rounds (“Eleven of them. Not 12, 11,” one precise operator informed me). Already in several markets, the Hardee Breakfast Platter is officially priced at$2.49, although Hardee’s in some markets are pricing it at as high as $2.99. Even there, it compares favorably with dollar-menu pricing at other QSR chains…
