McDonald’s Launches “Made Just For You” Platform

As our eating habits continue to evolve toward overall health, fast food establishments are taking notice. McDonald’s new platform takes into consideration the nutritional profile of consumers, thereby making healthier choices more readily available because it’s ‘made just for you’!

…“Rather than going after the negative [nutritional components] … it’s really going after the presence of positives,” he says. “Can we start introducing more fresh produce? Can we start introducing more vegetables, more fruit? Like the smoothies, like the oatmeal, like the Asian Salad, edamame, things like that. That’s where I think we’re going to win”…

It’s not just a matter of choice for consumers. It’s knowing that their choice matters to the fast food industry, and McDonald’s effort warrants applause. “Kudos!”
